The six thinking hats. What is that? The six thinking hats can help you make various chooses. The colors of the hats are blue, green, yellow, red, white, and black.
When using the blue hat you have to think about what hats you have to use next, you may start with it in the beginning or the end. The green hat you just throw out ideas to the group, they don’t have to be logical. While you are using the yellow hat, you have to give positive things about the idea you are discussing. The hat where you give your feeling is the red hat. If the group needs facts about the topic or idea, you would use the white hat. The last hat is the black hat, when using this hat you give negative input on the idea. The hats may beneficial if you know what they all mean.
